Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Amston-Scales ASKL4060KLE parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Aradex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asahi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Asco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Aradex such as the VD600 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 130NK manufactured by Asahi and we are pleased to be able to service most Asahi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EFHT8262G220T by Manufacturer Asco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Asco Brand 8220G7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Api such as P315XM342 equipment made by Api have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Api products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Api" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GJ22G2C000081 made by Anderson as well as the popular DP72003XM46 original spares produced by Anaheim-Automation

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ADP1120T05 by Aplex and P315XM342 spares by Api are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original INX95BIII850STFT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ann-Arbor-Technologies.
